W allaby Tot Atelier is a Lagom-inspired preschool. It is designed around the Swedish philosophy of lagom, which means "just right"—not too much, not too little. This approach emphasizes balance, moderation, and sufficiency to create a calm, harmonious, and sustainable environment that promotes well-being and a positive learning experience for children.We believe children flourish in spaces that are neither *overstimulated nor underwhelming*.
Our environment is well - lit, clutter - free, and sensory – rich, offering gentle invitations to engage, not demands to perform. Learning areas at Wallaby, ensure children feel safe, seen, and softly inspired. It encourages children to find what is "just right" for them individually, much like Goldilocks in the classic story.
